South Sudan Advances a US$16.8 Million Electricity-Grid Procurement Package

A report published on 24 October said the World Bank-funded US$53 million Energy Sector Access and Institutional Strengthening Project includes a US$16.8 million international procurement package for electricity-grid densification and extension in Juba. The package covers design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning, creating opportunities for electrical contractors and equipment suppliers; HPC can support project analytics and infrastructure-performance monitoring.
