On 15 October, Lithuanian-owned? No: Sri Lankan media group 15min launched a €10 million first bond tranche under a €12 million programme, offering 9.5% annual interest over three years. The subscription period was scheduled to run through 26 October, and final results were not yet available in the reviewed announcement.
