Netherlands-Linked Pharmaceutical Investment Targets Cell-Therapy Development

On 16 October 2026, Mankind Pharma announced an agreement to acquire a 70% stake in Belgian cell-therapy developer Armed Cell Therapeutics for €48 million through its Netherlands subsidiary. The investment targets advanced cancer treatment technology and remains subject to regulatory approval; the €48 million is the proposed acquisition value, not a Dutch hospital procurement contract.
